The Little Bull Falls Rendezvous is an annual event during the Little Bull Falls LogJam Festival that steps back in time to life in a Wisconsin River village and encampment. A special campground is constructed on the shores of the Wisconsin River near the the historic Little Bull Falls.
Old fashioned tents and teepees are constructed and participants in the re-enactment dress and re-create how it was living in such camps in the 1700s and early 1800s. The gathering portrays a period of time of camping in a primitive setting with no electricity, no tvs, no running water and no indoor plumbing.
The Rendezvous Campers offer demonstrations of traditional crafts such as blacksmithing, paddle making, weaving, cooking over an open fire, handcrafting, and entertainment such as games, and story telling.
